Why we built CIQ

From the beginning at DataSentics, we built a company of engineers, data scientists, and problem-solvers. Our strength has always been deep technical expertise — helping customers solve the hardest data and AI challenges.

But that created a unique problem. Traditional account management simply didn't fit our world. Our work was too technical, and our experts didn't want to trade their craft for a purely commercial role.

So instead of forcing a model that didn't work, we decided to reinvent it. We built a new way to scale — one that keeps technical excellence at the core while still supporting a growing, EU-wide business.
